PINE TOWNSHIP – Indiana County drug investigators unexpectedly discovered and seized an estimated $100,000 worth of marijuana Thursday in a tiny village near the Cambria County border, officials said. Indiana County sheriff’s deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant on a fugitive at 33 Third Street, Alverda, and nearly left the residence completely empty handed, according to Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty.
