Montco Sheriff’s helps teach safe policing techniques at Camp Cadet!

The MCSO participated in Montgomery County Camp Cadet during the week of August 17th. The camp, which is modeled after municipal and state police training, is hosted annually by the Pennsylvania State Police and is held at beautiful Camp Kweebec in Schwenksville, Pa. Kids are given professional instruction at the rifle and archery ranges, and during many other adventurous activities such as zip-lining, crime scene investigations, tower swings, challenge courses and much more. Thank you Dep. Kelli Holbert for volunteering to camp out with the kids for a week, and the Deps. Allen Stewart and Andrew Noto for their exciting Bomb Unit presentation.
